Court Administration’s Finance and Accounting section provides guidance and support by giving the judiciary the best resources available to do its job! The overall goal of the Finance and Accounting section is to efficiently and faithfully adhere operations of the Fifth Circuit with Florida state laws and guidelines.
The functions of the Finance and Accounting section are to coordinate and plan both State and county budgets, provide statistical analysis, court program performance measurement, plan emergency management, fulfill order requisitions, authorize purchase orders and contracts, manage fixed assets, and maintain accounts payable and receivable information.
