  • In Marion County, we personally meet with and assist self-represented parties in dissolution of marriage, paternity/time-sharing, and contempt cases to review their Court files to be sure that the appropriate forms are filed to move their court case toward a final disposition.
  • The Marion Citizens’ Self Help Center is open weekdays, except Court holidays.   (List of court holidays)  /contact-information/court-holidays/
  • The Family Court Self-Help Office will personally review papers to insure all the appropriate forms are filed to move the case toward final disposition. Currently, the Family Court Self-Help Office is open for walk-ins on Fridays ONLY from 9:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.; closed 11:30 a.m. -12:30 p.m. for lunch. The office is located on the 5th floor of the Marion County Courthouse.
