After a hearing is set and confirmed by the Judicial Assistant, it will not appear on the clerk docket until the Notice of Hearing is filed.
A Notice of Cancellation must be e-filed with the Clerk’s Office no later than 24 hours prior to the scheduled hearing time. If the hearing to be cancelled is within 5 business days of the scheduled hearing, you must emergency e-file the Notice of Cancellation and send a courtesy copy to Lindsay Stewart at LStewart@circuit5.org
