Judges

Following the retirement of Judge Pam Vergara, the Court has implemented the following temporary procedures:

Guardianship matters will be handled by Chief Judge Daniel B. Merritt, Jr.

Any Incapacity cases or other MH designated cases assigned to Judge X shall be handled by Judge Merritt with the exception of RPO cases.
