Following the retirement of Judge Pam Vergara, the Court has implemented the following temporary procedures:
Guardianship matters will be handled by Chief Judge Daniel B. Merritt, Jr.
Any Incapacity cases or other MH designated cases assigned to Judge X shall be handled by Judge Merritt with the exception of RPO cases.
All Non-Jury and Foreclosure case inquiries must be directed to Zuly Vargas only (zvargas@circuit5.org | 352-789-3913
* Probate Requests in Hernando County *
Judge Don Barbee’s office is temporarily covering Probate Cases in Hernando County. Proposed orders should be submitted via the E-portal. For hearing requests, email: hernandoprobate@circuit5.org
