Sumter County Family Court Case Management

The Sumter County Family Court Case Management Self-Help office aids self-represented parties with procedural information on initial filings and modifications of domestic relations cases. The Self-Help Office reviews documents to ensure required forms are filed to move the case toward final disposition.

Complete packets, and additional forms can be purchased from the Sumter County Clerk of Court.  Family Law forms can also be located on www.flcourts.org under self-help forms. For filing fees associated with cases contact the Sumter County Clerk of Court. Self-represented parties go to the Sumter County Clerk of Court located on the 1st floor of the Sumter County Courthouse to file their completed paperwork.
