Differentiated Active Civil Case Management System (DACMS)

Adult Felony Drug Court

Drug Courts exist to provide participants with the opportunity to become productive, drug free members of the community while increasing public safety and reducing crime in a cost efficient manner.

Dependency Drug Court

Dependency Drug Court aids parents in regaining control of their lives and promote long-term stabilized recovery to enhance the possibility of family reunification within mandatory legal time frames.

Mediation Services Program

Mediation affords the opportunity for parties to reach a mutually agree upon settlement of their legal dispute(s). In Mediation, the parties maintain control over the decision making process rather than relinquishing control to the Judge in a Court proceeding.

Mental Health Court

Mental Health Court is a specialized court docket for defendants with mental disabilities that substitutes traditional court processing with a problem-solving model.

Self-Help Services

Our circuit provides resources for self-represented parties in domestic relations cases. In all counties resources are available online or at the local clerk’s office.

Teen Court

The Teen Court concept is based on the philosophy that youthful offenders will not continue to offend when a jury of their peers punishes them.

Early Childhood Court (ECC)

The goal of Citrus County’s Early Childhood Court is to improve child safety and well-being, heal trauma, and develop a stronger parent/child relationship. The ECC program works with families who have children between the ages of 0-5 who have been removed from their homes.
