Hearings should be scheduled using the OnceHub portal or by clicking the “Schedule a Hearing-ONCEHUB”.
Coordinate three dates and times with all parties. The coordinating party must provide the Court with a courtesy copy of the Notice of Hearing to finalize the hearing selection. The Notice of Hearing should include the following: the parties name, case number, the name, filing date, and docket number for each motion to be heard, the amount of time reserved. Any Motions must be filed before seeking hearing time.
Once you submit your request for hearing time, it will be reviewed, and your will receive an email concerning the request. Please note that hearing time cannot be reserved while you are coordinating the hearing with other parties. The times are on a “first come, first served” basis.
If you request a Zoom hearing, you will receive a Zoom link that you are required to put in your notice of hearing.
Do not “cross notice” a hearing without having express authorization from the Judge Lambert’s office.
If a Notice for Trial has been filed, please contact Erin Goyeneche at egoyeneche@circuit5.org to schedule a case management conference.
