Differentiated Active Civil Case Management System DACMS

The Florida Supreme court issued Administrative Order AOSC20-23 amendment 12 in April of 2021, requiring the Chief Judge of each circuit to implement a differentiated active case management system (DACMS) for most civil cases.

In compliance with the Supreme Court Order, Chief Judge Daniel B. Merritt, Jr. issued administrative order A-2021-13. This order creates a differentiated case management system DACMS for the Fifth Judicial Circuit. You could find the order and forms associated with the order by following the links on this page.

Request a Hearing

Please do not request hearing time unless you have already filed your motion.

To request hearing availability for Senior Judges please submit an e-mail to the Case Manager assigned to that county.  In the e-mail include the case number, case names, specific motion and amount of time requested for the hearing.

The appropriate Case Manager for your case will review your request and respond with current availability. Please note, if you request a date/time that is no longer available, you will be provided with additional options. Once your request is confirmed, the Case Manager will send you an e-mail approving the date/time, as well as the Zoom link (if necessary).
